HOW DOES THE ARTIST & BOOKING PROCESS WORK?I (Britt) hand select every single artist on my team. Each artist is selected for their passion and skill in hair & makeup but also for their friendly approach. So you can be sure that every artist on our team is not only incredibly talented, but also the kind of warm and friendly person you want with you on your wedding day! From your initial enquiry you can either request an artist or based on your wedding location and availability we will assign you an artist from our team who will be with you from start to finish. Your artist will meet with you for your trial, so you have the opportunity to get to know each other and try your desired bridal look before they come to you on your special day! Myself & Jordana make up the admin team and we chat with you from initial enquiry all the way through to your day! We are always available to answer any questions you have, and help you along on your bridal journey. Our team is extremely knowledgable in skincare, products, and all things hair & makeup and we are always happy to offer advice.

HOW CAN I BOOK A PARTICULAR ARTIST?We have created a profile for each individual artist under our TEAM page so that you can get to know a little about each artist, and see their work portfolio. If there's a particular artist that you love - just request them in your initial enquiry and if they are available they are all yours. If your desired artist isn't available for your date, we will connect you with another of our amazing team artists.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK A TRIAL?We highly recommend having a pre bridal trial for either hair, makeup or both. We usually advise our brides to schedule their trial about 4-6 weeks out from the wedding. That way everything is fresh in yours and your artists mind for the day! We find that brides who booked their trial many months out, ended up changing their entire look by the time the day came around. So this way, we ensure your feeling very clear on your overall bridal vision. We do not offer trials prior to paying deposit purely because our dates book out so quickly, that by the time you have had your trial your date may be taken already. We feel that we have given such a clear representation of our makeup style and what we offer that our brides don't feel the need to have a trial prior to booking with us!

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING/PREPARE FOR MY TRIAL?If you're anything like us, you've been pinning bridal inspo since you got engaged. Make sure you have a folder for hair and makeup inspo too! We love if you can send these through to us prior to your trial, and if you're having a hair trial, its awesome if you can send some images of your own hair too. That way your artist can get an idea of length and thickness to ensure your desired style will be achievable with your hair type. If your artist advises you to have hair extensions, it would be a great idea to bring these along to your trial. Make sure you take them to your usual hairdresser to have them cut into your hair shape and length and coloured to match! That way on your trial day you get a real idea of what your hairstyle will look like. FOR HAIR TRIAL: Wash your hair the night before and let it air dry, NO HOT TOOLS. If your hair gets oily overnight wash it in the morning and blow dry but do not use hot tools as this changes the structure of your hair and will affect the overall result of your hairstyle. FOR MAKEUP TRIAL: Come with a fresh clean face if possible. Your artist will do a light cleanse before applying makeup but best to have a clean base when you come. If you have a particular lip colour that you want to use on the day, it would be a good idea to bring that with you. Otherwise your artist will help you find one on the day of your trial.
